Cooking Workshops
All of our cooking classes focus on a whole foods approach. We do not use white flour and are sugar free. We are happy to accommodate food sensitivities if we are told in advance. Most important, come hungry, we will be tasting everything we cook.
If you can gather a group of people together, give us a call and we’ll organize a class!

About Marla
I have always loved cooking for family and friends. In my culinary studies I learned to cook with meat, poultry, butter and cream. But times have changed and so I have I – to a much healthier plant based diet. My passion for keeping healthy and delicious on the same plate has evolved into one of Toronto’s great food blogs, LoveThyCarrot. My background in photography has helped inspire me to make food look good enough to photograph. While working at SupperWorks Karen and I became good friends, realizing that we both had a passion for food and wanted to share that with others. I am a certified food handler and when not cooking and testing recipes you may see me riding my orange bike around Toronto.
